PC randomly doesn't poweron

My PC randomly doesn't power on. No LED's or anything are lit. sometimes it can not turn on for a day usually I can turn it on after a couple minutes and it works normally. 

 

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12600KF CPU

Corsair vengeance RGB pro 2x16GB ram 3200MHz DDR4

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Vision OC8G GPU

Asus prime z690-P wifi D4 LGA 1700 DDR4 ATX motherboard
Corsair 850W RM850 Power supply

NZXT h510 v2 Flow Case

Flaky power switch or weak PSU capacitors.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

 

MODERATE TO SEVERE AUTISTIC, COMPLICATED WITH COVID FOG
