Windows 11 Taskbar Weirdness

Has anyone else had the issue when playing games where you drag your mouse to the bottom and the task bar pops up? I've been having this happen in a few games now regardless of if im running borderless windowed or exclusive fullscreen.

No I don't, yet it's behaving as if It was enabled.

 

EDIT JAN 9 2025: It's Teams lol. If you're in a call it will override fullscreen applications
