Budget (including currency): USD prefer >1000 but can go more if necessary

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming from trading cards, shop where d&d is played. / Remote in for setup assistance and troubleshooting.

Other details: I am about to start building a friend a pc for his opening gift for his store. I know the current use of his laptop (posted above) and from what he says no need for gaming specs specifically. He wants a dedicated pc for streaming from his shop that wont interfere with his business computers for customers to use. Im not super familiar with small form factor builds or streaming specific builds. Any assistance or recommendations are welcome. Target is 1080p 60fps minimum. The things like monitors keyboard mouse ect I already have as well as associated sound and video equipment that might be needed.

Hello... Here is a Small ITX build that looks really cool and is less than your budget. It has plenty of upgrade potential too.
