My laptop external monitor shows some lines no the lower part and has trouble with the image on that section, it dissapears after a few minutes

My monitor its like bugged when i conncect it to my pc for the first few minutes and then works as normally by slowly dissappearing the lines, i tried redownloading drivers and goingo back to older nvidia drivers, also changed hdmi. I proved that its not the monitor since other devices dont act like that when connected.
