Probably nothing, just concerned...

I noticed that my monitors power brick was hot. Now when saying hot I don't mean it in a way that if I touch it I will get burned. As I said before this could be normal since I've been running with this monitor for more than 4 months.

 

Monitor is a: LG 24GN650-B

Typically, consumer devices are rated to not exceed 40°C on the outside. You can test this, by fully gripping on the power brick for a short time (<30s). It can get unconfortable warm, but if you feel pain and have to release it, it might be damaged.
