I see Secure Boot Control is set to disabled, but is a changeable parameter. Have you tried enabling that first?

When I enable I do get a new option under it "key management" and in that menu I get this

I have seen this before (we had an exec who wanted a ROG Gaming laptop for work at my old company). I can't remember the exact process but I think we had to clear the Secure boot keys (PK Management key) then reset the BIOS and it worked.

Although I thought you required Secure Boot to be enabled to install Win11 but I could be wrong, seems weird.

First 3 rules of IT:

1. Reboot it first

2. Never skip the simple stuff when troubleshooting

3. Never believe the user

Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I could be just about wrong as I am right.
