new build PC optimized for MSFS

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: MSFS, other simulator games, COD MW2 and other first person shooters

Other details: 

• Upgrading from: XFX RX 6800 XT, Ryzen 7 5800X, Corsair Dominator 32GB @ 3600MHz.
• What i want from the system: I would like to get a system that could run MSFS in VR at the best possible framerate. My current system dips down to 13-20 fps when in high density areas. I have been considering the Ryzen 9 7900X3D and either the RX 7900 XTX or RTX 4090. I'm also planning to get the new samsung G9 (7680x2160 @240Hz), for when im flying airliners in MSFS, so i need something that can utilize this the best. Anytime i ask on forums, all the MSFS, VR, AMD and Nvidia fanboys starts arguing, so i'm asking here because i think this forum would be the most unpartial.
