if you could say if this is a good build

Not horrible, but if you're gonna spend 2k you can get a 7900xtx and play at WAY faster fps in every game:

You can still get the dark rock cooler if you really want, but this one would be 20e less and have RGB fans.

You don't need z690 anymore, it's useless when the precision boost will make the CPU boost itself to over 5GHz without overclocking and using less pwoer than manual overclocking.  B760 will also be easier to get running with the 13600k. This motherboard also integrated bluetooth and WiFI.  And that's really the only difference between the z and b series motherbboards.

The 13600k is also gonna game exactly the same as the 13700k for a lot less, there's really no point in buying more cores when the 13600k already has 14 cores, and all games still run perfectly on 6 core CPUs.

Budget (including currency): 2000€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Escape From Tarkov, Rust, Forza 5, Destiny 2, Dying light 2

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My Current Rig:

CPU Ryzen 7 3700x

Cooler: Dark Rock Slim

Case: H510

GPU RTX 2070 Super

RAM:32 GB Corsair Vegeance RGB Pro 3200Mhz

Motherboard: X570 Msi MPG Gaming Plus

PSU: 650 Watt Seasonic Focus PX 80+ Platnium

2 Nvme SSDs WD Black SN850 and WD Blue SN550

The Things i want to upgrade are

CPU to a Ryzen 7 5800x3D

GPU upgrade to 4070 Ti

Endorfy Navis F360 All-in-One AIO

Case Upgrade to be quiet! Pure Base 500DX or Lian li Lancool 216

Resolution 1440p 165Hz

Do i need to Upgrade my PSU and is this a good upgrade or is there anything i can do better

Probably not worth the upgrade.  Get the 4070ti first and see if the 3700x is a bottleneck.  If it is, just get the regular 5700x.  The benefit of the 5800x3d is marginal at best and really only a thing at 1080p.

Way expensive.  There are good air coolers for less than half that price that will be more than enough for any CPU.  Any cooelr than can cool your 3700x will do fine on the 5700x, so if your current cooler is working it will continue to work.

Are you unhappy with your current case?

This should be fine.  The focus PX is a pretty good PSU, the transience issue with the focus+ seem to have been adressed in this revision.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

The Reason i wanted to upgrade to a 5800x3d is because it gets better performance on Tarkov which my Main Game is at the Moment

Poor Airflow and High GPU/CPU Temps Hotspot on my 2070 Super is 90 C and normal gaming 81 C

This will cool just as well for half the price:

Gocha.  There are cheaper options that the pure base 500, but it's just about what you like the look of.

Not all PSUs are created equally.  nVidia recommends a 750w PSU to account for poorly made ones.  A well-built 650 is a better than a crappy 750.  The focus px is a lot better than most 750w PSUs.

The Problem with Aircools with 2 Fans are that my Ram will probably not fit with the 2nd Cooler because the Ram is to high i have 4x8 Gb of Corsair Veangeanc RGB Pro

Or is it better to get a 4080 instead of the 4070ti

And would my PSU also be capable of running a 4080

But Thanks again ❤️

Not usually a problem except on tiny motherboards.  The front fan can also usually slide up and down on the clips.  You can also use slots 2 and 4 for the RAM as opposed to 1 and 3, which will have 0 impact on performance.  This is what an x470 taichi looks like with a scyth FUMA 2, so an extremely similar setup:

See all that space?  Not even close to touching.   And if it was close, I could simply slide the fan clips up or down on the radiator.

Don;t get a 4080.  The 4070ti is an OK value (not great) but the 4080 is a horrible value.  If anything, a 7900xt is a better value for what you play. BUT MAKE SURE IT IS NOT THE REFERENCE COOLER.  THE REFERENCE COOLER IS MAJORLY FLAWED.  This one is a nonreference card for an ok price:

Alright Thank you very much

But actually, get this PSU instead.  It's just as good and it's 1000w fopr only 8 euros more.  The 13600k and 790xtx can boost pretty high, so while an 850 is enough, a 1000w for only 8 euros more is a great deal.  And it's a good unit,
