You can still get the dark rock cooler if you really want, but this one would be 20e less and have RGB fans.
You don't need z690 anymore, it's useless when the precision boost will make the CPU boost itself to over 5GHz without overclocking and using less pwoer than manual overclocking. B760 will also be easier to get running with the 13600k. This motherboard also integrated bluetooth and WiFI. And that's really the only difference between the z and b series motherbboards.
The 13600k is also gonna game exactly the same as the 13700k for a lot less, there's really no point in buying more cores when the 13600k already has 14 cores, and all games still run perfectly on 6 core CPUs.
