Budget (including currency): 700USD / $600.000 CLP

Country: chile

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Premiere pro, Elden ring, Valorant and League of legends

I think that a 12-14 core E5 v4 xeon, an rx580 and 32gb of ram would be good but i need opinions

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

looks nice ngl but im from chile. A south american country so i would have to import those parts or something like that, also the rx590 doesnt have a price cause there are no sellers.

where would you usually shop for parts, might be easier to help if we can see where you would actually be making the transactions.

I also wouldnt recommend a xeon for a desktop computer. especially when the new Intel/AMD consumer processors exist with 8+ cores

700usd likely will not be enough, but you can make it happen.
