Error On Clicking Categories

Is it me or everyone is having this:

 

 

"The page you are looking for cannot be found.
Similar results are provided below, or you can try another search"

 

when click on main categories(like community portal, computer hardware, etc) I get this page

Actually yes, this is happening to me as well. Clicking the titles of each category. strange.
