CPU Temps after BIOS Update

hello,after a bios update ive seen the cpu hitting higher temps while video rendering

 

it used to reach peak 64 celcius and now ive noticed 77..way higher,does anyone know what happened?

 

cpu: 3900x stock

motherboard: gigabyte x570 aorus pro

maybe there were some settings previously in bios regarding how the cpu performed that have now been reset after bios update, or it could just be the newer bios utilises the cpu differently, though probably the first?

no the fans were all stock,however the cpu Temps have increased,the noise is exactly the same
