How do I remove any old partitions ?

When it asks you where to install Windows it will list all detected partitions. Just select them one by one and click delete/remove button below.

Remember remove or disconnect any other drive prior to this. Windows likes to throw bootfiles and stuff at drives randomly which may cause issues in the future.

If the above don't work then describe the problem and we'll take it from there.
