newer cards not working

Ram: 16GB
Current Gpu:Gtx 750 ti
PSU: Corsair CX550M

MB: Gigabyte z390 gaming

 

Hey everyone, i have a problem and i havent been able to figure it out. My 1660 super has been giving me error 43 but runs well in other setups just not my own. I recently just decided to upgrade to 3060ti as i have been meaning to upgrade. Well i plugged the 3060 ti in and have gotten no signal at all with it. fans are turning but nothing is being outputted to my display. at this point i have no clue what the problem could be. Is it my motherboard? i know about the display port bug and it wont work with hdmi either.

reset bios, try in another pcie slot

 

try and find other cables to use, even though you have tried 2!

 

try on another monitor/tv
