Constant Game Crashes

Hey everyone, I am looking for a little bit of help to try and resolve my problem with Elden Ring game. Linked above is my computer. So unlike any other game I have tried to play, Elden ring is the only game I have had any issues with on my new pc build. I am unable to play for any longer than 5 to 10 mins before I get a crash and get the error message shown in attachments. On some occasions after the crash my gpu does not fucntion at all and no longer is shown is task manager resulting in the need for a full restart. All my drivers are up to date on every component. Additionally this graphics card is not among the other 7900 xtx's experiencing 110 C junction temperatures. I have never seen temps higher that 85 C and I have run god of war in 4k and Warhammer 3 in 4k for hours with no issues. Attached also is my settings for Elden ring on the amd adrenalin software. The Avg fps count is also bogus because the game is locked at 60 fps so that does not make much sense and also the excellent performance grade is clearly wrong but that is besides the point. If anyone could help with trouble shooting it would be greatly appreciated. Any online solutions I have seen so far seem to be just to turn on the anti lag feature but this has not done anything.

this is screenshot of task manager right after crash, the spike in highpriority 3d is when it happened. Also monitor flashes and bugs visuals for most apps, seens here as all the black space/boxes on task manager
