my main rig has Fractal Design Prisma AL-12 PWM 120mm Addressable RGB and Fractal Design Prisma AL-14 PWM 140mm Addressable RGB fans in it. here recently the static color i have selected turned a dingy green from a navy blue of R0 G34 B68. and when i checked out some of my other preferred colors that are in the purple variant my R43 G13 B83 colors come up as pink instead of a darker purple. the Ram and motherboard colors show correctly. its just the fans.

what is now odd i've noticed a slight change with my side PC's ARGB fans on my AIO. they are the stock fans. but exhaust fans i picked up were the same type of fans from my main rig show the same color as my ram. they are the fractal design prisma al-14 pwm 140mm ARGB fans. liked them so much i bought them twice for my side PC. those work fine its the CM fans that show discolored colors on the fans.

This is happening no matter what software i use.

just everything is clear i have a Crosshair 8 dark hero in my main rig Veng RGB pro DDR4 3600 mhz 32 gb kit of ram 5900x 3080ti Asus rog Ryuo RGB AIO liquid CPU cooler 240mm.

the side PC is a 5600x with Gigabyte X570 auros elite wifi. Gskill 3600mhz 32GB kit and a RTX 3070 and a cooler master master liquid ML240R ARGB close-loop AIO.

i've used Crate, Aura sync, Icue, and even openRGB. i've since uninstalled crate because when its installed down clocks my cpu and leaves it permanently hampered unable to go back to stock speeds.with the side PC i've used masterplus and RGBFusion. i don't think its a software issue at this but more of a hardware issue. am i missing something fundamental?

I want to say it is endemic of the motherboard and or fans, but now its happening on two systems and its happening on two different sets of fans.

if you ask, No its been a hot minute since i've updated my firmware on these motherboards I know i should i've been bad about this. they've been running stable until i noticed this. i'm kind of feeling this is the fans but i could be wrong. maybe there is a simpler solution i can find.

The first pic is what the colors should look like

the second is what the colors look like and you'll can't see on this second picture the coloration changes from the fans from the motherboard's lights. how ever subtle they are i can see the difference.
