Monitors Turning Black

Lately I've been having a problem where both of my monitors will turn black after about 2 hours of gaming. It doesn't do it if I'm just watching a Youtube video or if its just sitting idle. I've tried lowering the graphics settings in my games and even tried just one monitor but it still has the same outcome.

I'm running Windows 11 64Bit, MSI Z590 WIFI PRO, BIOS version A.30, Intel i7-11700KF, 32gb of ram, and a 3060 TI. I have not tried to update to the latest version of BIOS, and I have reinstalled the latest drivers. I've already swapped cards thinking that was the issue, and I replaced my motherboard around a year ago. Both monitors just go black the computer itself does not turn off. The only way to get them to come back on is by restarting my computer.
