Buying new PC

Hello i am buying new PC with this specifications and i am wondering will it be good enough for adobe lightroom and premier pro.

 

Specs:

CPU - Intel i5 7500

GPU - GTX1060

RAM - 8GB

A new PC from 2016 ? You got a time machine ??

By current standards it's just bad, don't pay more than $250 for this

I will be paying 250$ for it. That is what my budget is. I have been looking at the used market and this is the best option. Other options are too old for example core i5 3Gen for the same price.

That'll be a great computer for a student.

You should add another 8gigs. Otherwise its probably fine. As long as you don't edit anything too large.
