PC Started To Godlessly Lag

So I noticed that for a while my PC started to lag in Chrome, when I watch videos, move my mouse. And now my PC gave me two short beeps through my speakers. It drives me insane. I didn't do anything and it's just started doing it a while ago.

I've checked my PC for viruses and malware but nothing came up (obviously, I keep an eye on my baby).

Windows is up to date.

 

How can I narrow it down to figure out what's wrong with my PC?

 

Also, what are those beeps? I know there are beeps when you but up that can indicate something is wrong, but those bees were while I was using my PC. Is it motherboard who beeped? My motherboard is Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING.

Ok, I narrowed it down to... Chrome! Opened Chrome makes my PC stutter, wow, wtf did they do
