Asus z490-e not displaying

Hello I was trying to hibernate my pc and it wouldn’t and when I shut it down it wouldn’t too it just keeps turning back on so I pulled the plug a few hours later I connected it back on and turned it but no display the pc turns up fine like normal and the monitor responds like there is something was connected and then disconnected it shows 40 on the motherboard and A0 my specs

note there’s no gpu involved
