Where do I connect this 3 socket cable to ??? 

Which one is the best choice, the CPU FAN header or the PUMP FAN header ??????

Well, its a AIO with a Pump so use the Pump header.

Is the lead comming from the CPU Block or the radiator fans. I am assuming the first. The fans on the radiator should all have their individual cables.
