Weird keyboard behavior.

I am having a weird issue where it seems like the arrow key is being held down on my keyboard but it doesent happen on every software like serching something up it acts fine but when you go into snipping tool the cursor zooms to the right. It also has some weird behavior in groove music and the windows serch bar. I have tried changing keyboard and mouse and unpluging them when i am in snipping tool but it keeps moving. I have no other usb devices pluged in and no bluetoothe devices so i have no idea what it could be.

Reset the keyboard, search up how to reset keyboard or something like that and then do that, works when my keyboard goes crazy;
