Specs

i7-4820k

corsair 4x4 (16gb) ram

Rampage Iv gene matx

SLI Titan X Maxwell

So my monitor sometimes loses signal randomly, first I checked the ram. Swapped them around same issue with around 50% usage. Checked performance and says I only have 7.95gb instead of 16gb. Speccy and cpuz recognizes 16gb and all for slots filled but is running in triple or dual channel instead of Quad. Bios says I have a1/2, b1/2, c1/2, d1/2 ram but I only have a1,b1,c1,d1 and its b1 and d1 the ones closest to the cpu thats not being appearing. Shits weird boys and girls. Do I have dead ram? Dead slots? what gives? I recently cleaned my entire pc and custom loop but I doubt static killed anything. I'm on old tech so before I buy replacements I would like to pick your brains. Laslty please check pics for reference.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

your motherboardf only supports dual channel. quad channel is only on some XEON and Threadripper platforms.

Speccy says its quad when its working, Cpu-z says its quad when its working, even http://findhard.ru/en/motherboards/model?id=115&m=asus-rampage-iv-gene says its supports quad. Plus the pic literally has triple channel in it. Heres another one. 4 sticks for quad channel mode...https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search/model/76377/asus-rampage-iv-gene

Doesn't really help identify whats up though.
