Help! Windows Not Booting

Please Read The Full Message sorry disorganized 
 

I installed a new windows update and pressed restart and update and then it blue screened before I could finish the update so I can’t uninstall the update because it never fully installed. The Error code I got is 0xc000021. I tried disabling XMP  because that was a problem booting before that did not work the computer tried to automatically repair which did not work I went into safe mode to try to uninstall the update and can’t. I think it may of corrupted some files that’s the only logical thing I can think of. Is there any way to fix it without fully re installing windows because I don’t want to take that risk with my data. Thank you

Try a Startup Repair.

Failure of that a Repair Install of your OS.

As for backing up your data, run a Live OS first and copy everything off. (Windows PE, Linux, etc...)
