Multiple Questions About Mining Crypto

Go to solution Solved by Dukesilver27-,

No.

Last I checked, even my 6800 XT could barely get $0.2 a day, a 2070 MaxQ would barely crack $0.15.

So yes, $0.2 is profitable on free electricity, but is it worth the time and potential shortening the lifespan of your laptop.

Hello Everyone! I have a couple questions about mining crypto.

Is mining crypto still profitable? (using RTX 2070 Max-Q and also electricity is free)

If it is profitable, what is the most profitable cryptocurrency?

How can I mine that cryptocurrency? (using Pop!_OS 22.04 on a laptop)

Thanks
