Second build, updating one from 8 years ago. Really want to build a solid gaming rig. Ill also be doing some other work related items and software and starting to learn Python. So nothing incredibly intensive but would like it to last.

Z690/Z790 of ur choice they're all durable to handle what we put in it but a solid cheap option is 
MSI z690  pro ddr4 

Future proof with a ddr5 model.
