2070 super fps issues

hello ive had a build with a ryzen 9 3950x and a 2070 super and ive been having fps issues with it for over a few months now, i was here to ask for any help to maybe fix the issue

Need more details than just FPS issues. What issues are you having? How are you testing? What have you done to troubleshoot already?

this can be caused by quite literally anything, give more details, any specific games have this issue? have you been tinkering with settings? do other applications that use gpu perform poorly too? have you tried different gpu?
