Hey everyone, I'm a bit new here and this is my first post so I apologize if it isn't that well worded. I'm having an issue with my PC, before I get into what that issue is specifically, here are my specs;

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken Z73

Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080

RAM: Viper Steel series DDR4-4000mhz

Storage: 2TB hard drive, 500GB SSD (both from previous, not certain on the brands), 2TB Samsung 980 pro w/heatsink

Case fans: Lian Li SL 120 daisy chain set

Case: Lian Li O11(?) Full ATX tower

Now, the issue that I'm having is that I am getting error code " 00 " on my mobo, and no POST whatsoever. This is after I had recently over locked my system using the built in OC tuner in my BIOS, which to my knowledge was on the latest update. The PC worked fine after OC, booted up, stayed on, used it for a couple hours, went to sleep, repeated the next day. Today however, I wanted to plug in my fans RGB header because it came out, and I unplugged my PC to get to the back where the wires are so I could re-run it so it wouldn't come out again. I did this with no issues, didn't unplug anything else at all, just took the single wire and reran it and plugged it into my mobo where it previously was. Afterwards, I place my PC back on my desk, plug in the power cord and my HDMI along with my MnK, and when I go to boot it up it doesn't POST. Concerned, I look at the mobo and see error " 00 " and immediately start researching. I have tried to do a CMOS clear, tried removing the mobo battery and putting it back in, tried booting up with only CPU, GPU and one stick of RAM, and tried using the BIOS reset button on the rear panel. I'm unsure if the BIOS reset worked however, because unlike the clear CMOS, the button didn't light up when pressed as I believe it should. I'm stumped because my knowledge of computers is limited and I learn as I go, but after many hours I can't seem to figure this out. As for my mobo manual, it says the code isn't used for anything specific and the best advice I got was to buy a new CPU, but I don't have the money for that and would like to exhaust all possible options first.
