What one of these two AIO's would be best for a i9-13900k? LIAN LI GALAHAD AIO 360 RGB UNI FAN SL120 EDITION BLACK , Dual 120mm Addressable RGB Fans AIO CPU Liquid Cooler or a corsair icue h150i elite lcd. Lastly what would be a good psu for the i9-13900k and tuff gaming 3090ti? I want to overclock everything and not sure what would be a good wattage. I know the recommend system wattage for the 3090ti is 1,000 watts but see a lot of people recommend either a 1,200 or 1,500 watt. I'm not worried about the price, just want something decent and reiable.

Both those AIO's are trash. For PSU I would recommend the Corsair RM1000x. You don't need 1200 or 1500w
