Razer Deathadder 2013 Scroll Wheel Problem

I'm using my Deathadder 2013 for about 1 month now. Right now I encountered a problem with my scroll wheel. It is loose and scroll up and scroll down won't register. But the scroll button works when I press it. Need your help, I'm using macros with my scroll wheel and I'm used to the macros already. Can anybody help me? A video would be very helpful.

No, I don't think there's anything anybody can do to help you. With only a month of use, it shouldn't be doing that. I've been power-using mine for 4 months now and it doesn't have that problem.. Nor do many reviews on it. You definitely want to contact Razer or your retailer about getting an RMA on it. Even if you somehow fix it, I wouldn't trust it to run well for a long time. Just get a new one.

Really? It took me 2 months to save money for the deathadder since I'm only a student. I can't really buy a new one. Guess I'll just gonna endure this problem. Ohhh Men.. Still hoping for someone to help. BTW Thanks for the info.

If it started only after a month definitely contact Razer RMA.  Its fixable though, if you put a piece of small tape or glue around the plastic gear of the scroll wheel to make contact with the mouse scrolling gear again.
