Deadlocking and Freezeing

Hello to all who reads this, My PC started deadlocking recently and I don't know why. 

 

It did This about a year ago and I replaced my ram and it fixed. But I don't think ram is the issue this time. I have tried everything possible to fix this ran very test that I know of. I have had my computer for a couple of years now.

I should mention this only happens when I play video games. It started with the new MW2 so I thought it would be overheating but my GPU never exceeded 64 degrees Celsius. Then it started to do it on Fortnite and my GPU temperature was at 51-55 degrees Celsius. I should also note that I think my pc has gotten louder but it could be me being paranoid with my issue.

I9-9900k

2080 super

32gb ram

3tb HDD

500gb SSD

64x

Z390 A Pro

Yes I even went to the extent of getting the unreleased one from Nvidia Im on 526.47 and which I reverted back to but I downloaded 526.61 from Nvidia's website for COD
