I bought a defect Dell Latitude E7250 from a Swedish version of Ebay cause i am repairing laptops and learning from it, and sell them again.

In the description it stands that the computer turns off after you turn it on without giving a picture on the screen.
It does this 2 times, but after the third time it starts "normaly".
I thought it could be some ram issue.
I have another E7250 (that works without issues) that i borrowed the ram stick (DDR3L) from.
Same problem. I installed the RAM from the non working laptop to my working laptop, and it worked. So its not a RAM issue.
I tried to change the mSATA drive as well but no diffrence.
So im out of ideas what the problem could be.
I have not tried to update the BIOS yet. Not sure if that could help.

Then there is an issue with the touchpad. It is only working on some areas. I was told from a friend that the tochpad may work but it may be a small gap between the tuchpad and the top case.
And it is very hard to fix. Or does anyone have a solution of it without order a new top case?
Cause it have a fingerprint reader on it as well that my working laptop doesnt have.

Hardware:
Intel Core i5 5300U
8gb DDR3L (1x8gb)
128gb mSATA ssd
Windows 10 PRO x64 (upgraded from Windows 8 PRO x64)

I have "borrowed" the backlit keybord and the 8gb ram stick so i have 16gb ram now.
In worst case i got a cheap upgrade for about 25 usd. Then i have some spare parts as well if i need them in the future.

Sounds like it could be Windows Fast Startup causing issues. Pretty easy to disable. It's somewhere in the power plan settings, or just look up how to do it because there's lots of articles about it.

Thanks. I will check on it soon.
