Peripherals aside, anything else I'm missing or should be weary of for my Noctua themed build?

CPU:  Intel Core i9-13900K = $659.99

CPU Cooler:  Noctua NH-U12A = $109.95

Motherboard:  Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING = $419.99

Memory:  G.Skill Trident Z 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 = $239.99

Storage:  Western Digital Black SN770 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 (x2) = $359.98

GPU:  Asus Noctua OC GeForce RTX 3080 10GB = $999.99

Case:  Corsair 5000D AIRFLOW = $164.95

Power Supply:  SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 1000 W 80+ Gold = $194.02

Additional Case Fans:  Noctua A12x25 PWM 120mm (x7) and Noctua A14 PWM 140mm (x2) = $283.26

 

Total = $3,432.12

 

My fan setup includes 3 120mm front intake, 3 120mm side intake, 1 120mm rear exhaust, and 2 140mm top exhaust.

Depends on what you're using it for, but this looks okay. Do you need the 2 2TB m.2 nvme ssd's? I would probably recommend Corsair's 2021 RMx 1000W 80+ Gold PSU instead though.

I posted my initial plan in another post, but I'll be using it as my workstation for web and mobile development daily, game dev projects in Unity on the side, and for games ranging from AoE II and Blitzkrieg to The Witcher 3 and Star Wars Squadrons in VR.  The main reason for 2 SSDs is that I'm not planning to upgrade any time soon after this build so I'd like the added headroom to not have to worry about micro managing my game library, personal projects, and work projects for the next few years, at least.  Is there any particular reason for the Corsair over SeaSonic power supply?  My main exposure to power supplies has been this channel and it seems like a consistently well-rated company.
