2x16gb ram should be fine. I’m not a fan of solid front cases. Makes the pc sound quieter but I prefer lower thermals from having an airflow style case with a mesh front.

32GB strikes me as a bit excessive, but if you are going for it 2x16GB is the more cost effective choice.

 

Consider a less expensive but quite good cpu cooler.

 

Start with a 2TB NVMe drive. Add more storage when it is really needed.

 

I'd suggest a case that has better airflow and that supports a front panel USB-C port.
