Something like this maybe. All value components for maximum FPS in games.

You could swap to Ryzen 5 5600 and 6900XT for more FPS, but less CPU power.

Budget (including currency): 1000 - 1500 €

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Python Programming (Apps and game development) and Gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): got 2  24 Zoll Monitor  1920x1080p /144 Hz / 2 ms

peripherals are not needed got an Headset, mouse and keyboard. Looking to buy the PC end of year and starting from zero since i used notebooks so far. I'm looking for an update since my 7 year old notebook can't handle anything anymore.

Not sure if its possible to use it or not but i got an Samsung 870 QVO 1TB SATA 2,5 Zoll SSD in my Notebook wich i could use

thanks for help in advance

Karka

I don`t have the time right now, to recommend you a system. But when you buy one, consider mindfactory.de as your main source. They usually are the cheapest and have good service. And no, i have no affiliation to them besides being a customer.

Viel Spaß beim zusammen bauen!
