Problem with Razer Synapse

So I got a new razer mouse (the razer viper mini) and I already had Razer Synapse installed because I have a basilisk v3. When I plugged in my mouse and tried opening Synapse it didnt open. I tried to use the repair option in the Synapse and again it still didnt open. I tried to make a clean Synapse install and it also didnt work. Please if you know how to fix this help
