computer won't boot after enabling virtualization

Hey every one,

I've been trying to enable Hyper V so I can play mobile games on Bluestacks. But When I tried to enable SVM in my Bios, the computer stopped booting to windows, and I had to disable SVM in order to get it to work again. I bought this computer recently (wanted to build one but I wasn't entirely comfortable with it yet), and after asking technical support from the place I bought it I was told I don't "have Hyper V" and in order to enable SVM I would need to set UMA buffer to auto, but I was my motherboard doesn't have that either.

Here's the relevant PC parts if that helps...

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Motherbaord: ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING WIFI II ATX

GPU: nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 ti

Ram: 32 gb ) DDR4/4000MHz Dual Channel

am I just boned because I got the wrong motherboard so I can't enable virtualization? or is there something I'm missing?   If I need to give more information, I can, just not sure what would be useful.  Any help would be appreciated, thank for you time.
