I just got a Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 with 4k HDR display and the screen reflectivity is absolutely awful.

I have a MacBook Pro 14 M1 and a Dell XPS 15 3.5k OLED and both use glass that is much less reflective and doesn't affect the text clarity at all compared to anti-glare film used in most desktop monitors.

I believe the anti glare glass in the Dell XPS and MacBook Pro is very similar to Museum Glass or more specifically "water white glass".

You can tell it by shining a white light into the screen and instead of seeing pure white reflection you see a green/blue tint.

More laptops should use this type of glass as it is much less reflective while not affecting the text clarity.

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.
