Hello. While opening a game my computer blue-screened and displayed the message, stopcode MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I have since tried to boot it up again and to no avail with chrome not even working. I tried to reset the computer to factory settings however when trying to install windows the stopcode comes up again and boots off. I have recently installed more ram and took it out but the problem did not fix itself and apon closer inspection at the motherboard I am getting a VGA error on the side debug leds. I have no idea how to fix it and it is the only computer I own to do schoolwork. If anybody could help troubleshoot this with me I would very much appreciate it. I am currently running a ryzen 5 3600, 3070 ti, msi mag x570 tomahawk wifi, 32 gb ddr4 3600 corsair vengenace pro and a 500 gb ssd.

These are Ram errors, try rebooting the computer with only one stick of ram installed. You should also do a CMOS reset before rebooting the computer with the single stick.

What is the upgrade of ram you did? Did you have one 16GB stick and add another? Or two 8GB sticks and add two more? What ram did you start with and then what did you add to it? Are they all the same makes, models, and speeds?

A CMOS reset is where you unplug the computer from power and remove the circular battery from the motherboard for a couple minutes. It does a hard reset of the bios and clears all settings in the bios. It's one of the first things you want to do anytime you are experiencing issues like this.

Mix matching ram even sticks that are the exact same make, model, and speeds can still cause issues. Like I said test with one stick and a CMOS reset and see if the problems still occur, if they don't add the other stick from that ones pair, make sure you are matching the ram sticks up by pair and only using the ones that came together with each other. You can make sure by checking the sticker for the serial number, pairs are usually only one number at the end different and they'll be sequential.
