Need Help Upgrading PSU

Need some help picking a PSU, currently using a Cooler Master G550M, planning to pick up a 650W Gold any recommendations ? System specs 5600X + 2060 Super, planning to upgrade to new 60/70 series card down the line.

Attached are the prices locally (Hong Kong ) For 650 W Gold PSUs

Reasons for upgrading: was cleaning the case and saw there was some rust on the PSU exterior and I have been using it for almost 7 years.

How new 60/70 series? 4060/4070?

I doubt 650w would be enough for 4070, the 3070 now needs at least 650w, new gen will definitely need more.

Also, why no AMD RX GPUs?

I will probably pick either amd or nvidia, depending on which one offers more performance per dollar.

unfortunately it is out of stock, how is the Seasonic GM, Fractal ION, or MSI MPG? how would you rank these ?

PSUs highlighted in yellow label are out of stock
