While I am listing the 12600K currently, I am looking to use an Intel Core from the 13th generation but am not sure that - if the information that's out there is true - the 13400 will suffice for my workload, or if I'm still better off with a 13600 or even 13600K. And if a 13400 or 13600 would be enough; would the included cooler also be enough or is it recommended to still go for another cooler?

I have a 1650 in my current system that I'll salvage for this machine. While I (used to) game on my PC, I find myself more often on xCloud instead of natively running games on my machine (or using my Xbox) so while running games would be nice, it isn't a priority in the slightest. What *is* important however is that this PC is capable of driving 3 4K 60Hz screens (although I am thinking of reducing that to 2). This is basically the primary reason why I need a GPU at all: the extra ports.

I am unsure about the case. I like the H510 Flow's look but I'm also aware that the H510-series track record hasn't exactly spotless. I'm also considering the Fractal Pop Air-series but am held back by ease-of-use for building in (compared to the H510) and the need for installing the USB-C port yourself (but if those concerns are invalid, I'd love to be told so). So if there are cases with similar aesthetics out there I'd love to hear about it.
