Looking to upgrade

I currently running a Ryzen 5 5600g asus prime 450ii 16 gig ddr4 3200 and a  evaga 1650 super 4 gig. I’m want to get higher frame rates and better picture quality. I don’t know what to do. I’m looking a the 2060 12 gig but I don’t know it would do with game play and my second option is a 3060 12 gig.  I don’t think I need the do anything else to my setup but I’m open the suggestions

why not get a 3090ti if you're looking for higher quality? 2060 and 3060 are relatively low end.

Cause I’m currently using a tv as a monitor until we get a bigger place. And the games I play are currently shuddering and I’m only getting an average of 30 fps. I really don’t know what I’m looking at when buying
