Pc turns white

Today my monitor just suddenly turned white and my mouse cursor was enlarged like 5 times. There was black pillars on the side of the screen and when i click windows key to go to smth else it does nothing. I ended up shutting down the pc but when i opened chrome and went to youtube or google it wasnt signed in to my account. I also found out my saved passwords were gone but my bookmarks are still here  and the side of youtube is gone! A ton of other wierd stuff is also happening if u look at the screenshots below. And also my discord was logged out. (am using web discord)

Try running antivirus and anti-malware programs??
