KVM Options for HDMI 2.1 for high FPS gaming

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 4K 144hz Gaming (PC) + 2 MacBooks 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Trying to get 3 computers working off same keyboard/mouse + have USB peripherals to work across all 3 devices. I have 2 LG Monitors, a Caldigit T3, and two Brydge docks for the MacBooks (one for air (personal) and one for MBP (work)).

 

Been trying to find a KVM switch that supports HDMI 2.1 to two monitors, would be okay with getting rid of the Caldigit if there was a KVM within reason for 3 devices - does not need to be power over USB-C for Macs as the docks have 2 USB C (one video/one power)

 

Has anyone seen a good HDMI 2.1 KVM for 2 Monitors with 2 or 3 sources? IR would be welcome to tie into automation via Switchbot hub. Probably will have all the USB connect to a hub for a single input to KVM.

$250 was just a preference, is there a more expensive option you would suggest? Would it make make sense to get a HDMI splitter and a KVM for the USB and have them tied to an IR automation to simultaneously split based on a hotkey on the StreamDeck? Would use the Switchbot IR hub.
