Computer audio being leaked into Discord

Whenever I'm in a discord call or any voice chat and watching a video, my friends can hear it through my microphone. Right now I have the Steelseries Arctis 1. If I reset my settings to default in discord it seems to fix the issue for 10minutes but then it comes back. I've research solutions for it but none of them have worked. Also the microphone is lower quality then I expected, like lower than $20 headphones I used before. I don't know if this is normal.
