I've got my screwdriver ordered, now I'm thinking ahead on bits. Currently I have a handful of Milwaukee ratcheting screwdrivers in several of my boxes (I do computer service & low-voltage/networking work professionally), mainly because of the long bits. I've generally not been a fan of changeable tip screwdrivers because I've too often run across recessed screws that can't be reached with most ratcheting screwdrivers. Not wanting to carry both a ratcheting screwdriver plus standard style screwdrivers to deal with recessed screws, the Milwaukee with long bits (Husky also has a similar driver) was a good solution to carry one driver.

That said I really enjoyed the engineering details thought through & shared with the LTT driver, so I ordered one, along with each of the bit sets offered.  Due to the recessed screw issue, I'm likely to stick with long bit drivers in most of my boxes, but I've been wondering about getting one or two bits for the LTT that are as long as possible. I see on the product page that 42mm is the longest that would fit (great detail to include - thanks!). Does anyone know of any 42mm or similar bits available, so I might include say a long Philips & long blade bit in the handle? (I might also just include some long bits in the toolbox, but I'm thinking through options.)

I think you just cut a long bit and belt sand the end smooth

That might end up being my best option, though some of the nicer bits at that length have a round shaft in the middle, so they can't simply be cut to length. But there should be an option.

I was just working on a project and couldn't use any regular length bits. I think LTT designing and selling long bits would be very beneficial and come in so handy all around.

Thankfully i had some RC screwdriver sets that are very useful and was able to finish working on my project but it would be nice to have some LTT ones that are similar.

That and some Ball end bits would be extremely useful!
