Restore plex media data and playlists

I recently moved to a new Synology NAS from my old one and wanted to move all my playlists and general AppData over. I followed this tutorial https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/ but none of my pre analyzed files are showing up, nor my playlists. I need help please!
