Problem with Wake on LAN

Hi, my situation look like that:

 

 

 

On my computer with linux I have WoL, everything is setup just okay (WoL enabled in BIOS, Magic Package is on the appropriate MAC)

 

 

 

Port 9 (WoL) is redirected (in UDP) to my router which has a public address.

 

 

 

When I am in the local network, I can turn on the computer from the phone without any problems, the problem comes when I try from the router's IP. The computer turns on, but only when I send an immediate-on-after shutdown request. When the moment has passed, when I try to send the request, it does not work.

 

 

 

 Any ideas?
