So my friends laptop started to freeze randomly when it happens the only way to fix it is forced shutdown from the power button, the laptop is an old asus F553M, it has an samsung SSD, I looked in samsung magician and it has only 2.1TB written I benched it the speeds are half what they be but it's because it's connected with SATA 2 so the SSD should be fine.I looked in installed programs to see if anything weird is installed, there was nothing, I check for windows updates there were many it took a few hours to install because of the slow CPU, I also checked temps at 100% load max was 77C, and finally I reset windows from the recovery options and kept personal files after all of this the freezing still happens. Any idea how to fix this?

Specs:

intel celeron N2840

4GB ram

samsung 750 EVO 120 GB
