NVidia image scaling value.

Hello, I just found the new Nvidia image scaling option in nvidia control panel and I know that it improves visibility and fps on lower resolutions but I can't find an recommendation on value. I have a low end notebook (I5-9300HF, 8GB RAM, 1050 3gb) and I want to get as much FPS as I possibly can but at the same time I want to be able to see something. Do you have any recommendations on what value should I use? I play on 1080p monitor but my in game resolution is 720p.
