Fresh Install - Existing Apps and Programs

Hey all,

 

If I use the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a fresh install of Windows 10 on a new SSD, will I lose any/all programs I currently have? If so, is there a way to migrate all of those from the current SSD without also bringing over any issues the current Windows install may have?

Yes. Reinstalling windows deletes everything. It does not preserve program installs.
